Plot- Hasegawa Kodaka is a recent transfer student to St. Chronica’s Academy, a Catholic high school. As with every other school he has ever attended, he finds it difficult to make friends there because of his naturally-blond hair and fierce-looking eyes, which make him look like a dangerous “yankee” to his prejudiced schoolmates. One day, Kodaka accidentally comes across the equally solitary and very abrasive Yozora Mikazuki while she converses with her imaginary friend Tomo. Realizing that neither of them have any social lives, they decide that the best way to improve their situation is to form a club: the Neighbor’s Club precisely intended to make friends and learn social skills.

Review- My friend actually reccomended this show to me. At first I wasn’t sure what to think, but I was laughing my butt off after randomly jumping into the show somewhere around ep 4 or 6. (I can’t remember exactly). But, let me warn you. If you’re not into comedies, or at least shows that feature fanservice, then this show probably isnt for you. Me on the other hand, I like jokes + fan service, so this was right up my alley. Some shows this reminded me of were MM, and more recently Mayo Chiki.

All the characters have their own cliche roles as usual. The blond girl nicknamed Meat for odd reasons just so happens to have ginormous boobs and the main character’s sister fits the goth loli mold perfectly. Also, she does it with the mikuru awesomeness of having two different eye colors.

Aside from some of the obvious fanservice episodes this show is actually really entertaining. It’s great for somebody that’s looking to pass time and enjoy a simple show. there’s no real complicated plot here. lol There’s a few scenes where kodaka tries to say something normally to a stranger, then they take it the wrong way and think he’s pissed off because of the whole blonde hair thing.

This is a pretty decent show that I would reccomend as an enjoyable way to pass time. Again, nothing groundbreaking. But a Solid show, with a good plot, characters, and the right amount of fanservice.^_^

Oh, and you gotta check out the epic air guitar in the ending. haha It’s pretty legit!
